Co-Owner, Manager

Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He manages and oversees the operation of all business lines maintained by Efficient Home LLC. He has over 35 years of prior experience in the residential home building and general contracting industries. He has worked on the design, development, construction and warranty of thousands of homes in the Mid-Atlantic Region and has extensive sales and marketing experience in the residential construction field. He has held the position of Vice President for Ryland Homes, Operations Manager for DR Horton Homes, and President of Crane Homes. Tony enjoys travel with his wife and kids. He’s also an avid runner, golfer and cook and enjoys bird hunting as time allows.
