Maryland Multifamily Energy Efficiency and Housing Affordability (MEEHA) Grant Program
Efficient Home is a Qualified Auditor for the Maryland MEEHA grant program for multifamily housing. Select affordable multifamily properties in the state of Maryland qualify.
Since 2013, Efficient Home has performed more than one hundred energy audits on properties in the MEEHA grant program. We have aided these properties in obtaining over $20 million in grant funding toward energy efficiency improvements in more than 2,800 residential units and associated commercial common areas.
