• Performed a comprehensive energy audit on 102 unit high rise multifamily property
• Grant awarded as a result of audit and submission to MEEHA program
• Improvement project completed with over $200,000 in upgrades including low-flow water fixtures, lighting, refrigerators, and windows

• Performed a comprehensive energy audit on the 331 unit garden style multifamily property
• Grant awarded as a result of audit and submission to MEEHA program
• Improvement project completed with over $2 million in upgrades including HVAC, lighting, refrigerators, insulation and air sealing, crawlspace improvements, and ventilation improvements.
