Efficient Home has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) contract to provide Federal Supply Service with an approved supply schedule price list.
GSA schedules are long-term government-wide contracts to provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to products and services at volume discount pricing.
Efficient Home’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule is 03FAC, Facilities Maintenance and Management. Under this contract we provide Energy Audit Services along with Ancillary Supplies and Services related to energy efficiency retrofit work. Special Item Number 871-207.
Efficient Home is classified as a Small Business under federal contracting guidelines, and can assist agencies in meeting Small Business set aside requirements.
Efficient Home also works with larger contractors as a subcontractor for federal, state and local government projects.
