Rich T

Co-Owner, Manager

Rich manages and oversees legal and financial operations as well as new business development. He has over 35 years of prior experience in the real estate development and general contracting industries. Rich previously served as Vice President and Legal Counsel for Weyerhaeuser’sWinchester Homes. During his career, he has entitled, developed and completed dozens of residential and mixed-use communities in the Mid-Atlantic Region and Florida. He currently owns and operates Hailey Development, a real estate development company and is President of The Burn Brae Companies. Rich holds an Undergraduate Degree from The University of Maryland and a Law Degree from Georgetown. He enjoys fishing, biking and travel with his wife and kids.
