Energy Auditor/Field Technician

Joe holds an Associate Degree in Construction Management from Montgomery College (Rockville). He performs diagnostic assessments, develops scope of work, and models customized projects for clients to maximize energy savings and comfort in their homes and businesses. Joe also oversees company interior renovation projects. He has 30 plus years prior experience in general construction, home interior renovation, and kitchen redesign and renovation. He has certifications in the following areas: BPI Building Analyst; Mold Remediation Contractor; EPA Lead Renovator and Asbestos Awareness. Joe enjoys yoga, golf, cooking, hunting, football, and music. He is currently building a home for himself and his family.
