Rebate Programs Available 

The team at EH Commercial can help you apply for several different types of rebates and grants, including: 

Maryland Multifamily Energy Efficiency and Housing Affordability (MEEHA) Grant Program 

Efficient Home is a Qualified Auditor for the Maryland MEEHA grant program for multifamily housing. Select affordable multifamily properties in the state of Maryland qualify. 

Since 2013, Efficient Home has performed more than two dozen energy audits on properties in the MEEHA grand program. We have aided these properties in obtaining over $9 million in grant funding toward energy efficiency improvements in more than 2,800 residential units and associated commercial common areas. 

DC Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) 

Efficient Home can support businesses, particularly multifamily properties, navigate the DC BEPS legislation requirements for energy efficiency improvements. This program is available to both market-rate and affordable properties. 

We are a licensed contractor in the District and a registered contractor in various DCSEU funding programs. 

Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing 

For commercial property owners, C-PACE is a financing tool to fund capital-intensive retrofit projects. These projects can include energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy projects. 

We are a registered contractor in the MD-PACE program serving the areas of Baltimore, Baltimore City, Howard, Anne Arundel, Charles, Harford, Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Carroll, Frederick, Allegeny, and Garrett counties.
