Scheduling Manager (Weatherization Assistance Program)

Donna graduated from Upper Perkiomen High School (Pennsburg, PA). She oversees scheduling and manages residential audits and energy home improvement projects performed by Efficient Home for the State of Maryland’s Weatherization Home energy improvement sales programs. Donna has over 30 years prior experience in Customer Service. Donna received her certification as a Veterinary Assistant from the Community College of Baltimore County. She enjoys hiking, photography, gardening, and being outdoors.

What an asset it has been for our organization to work with Efficient Home.  Their work is excellent and I cannot quantify or place a value on the knowledge they bring to the table.  We had a federal audit on a project that Efficient Home had weatherized under DOE.  It was one of the best audits in recent history of Maryland and DOE grants.  This is an example of the fine work they do on every job.
